Executing the project to complete it within the specified time frame by tracking manpower, materials and equipments independently that involve Planning, Launching & Executing of large residential/ commercial projects.
Costing & Process Development for maintenance of Residential/Commercial projects.
Customizing & Generating reports.
Preparing Project’s logic schedules by relating design phase to the construction phase in a proper sequence to meet the proper utilization of resources.
Analysing the status of projects in respect of its progress & Cost related matters.
